The Taiwanese giant manufacturer has announced in Computex that it is soon going to launch three new smartphones Asus Zenfone 3, Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe, and the Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra. Priced at $249, $499, and $479 respectively, these smartphones share a common design and come with 4 colour options Shimmer Gold, Aqua Blue, Sapphire Black and Moonlight White.
The Zenfone 3 features Qualcomm’s top chipset a mid range Snapdragon 625, a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS screen, 3,000 mAh battery, 802.11ac MU-MIMO WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, a mid-range Adreno 506 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage expandable via a micrSD card slot. Coming to the camera, the phone has a Sony’s 16-megapixel IMX298 sensor with f/2.0 aperture, second-gen laser autofocus, phase detection autofocus, colour-correction RGB sensor, dual-tone LED flash, 4-axis optical stabilization for stills and 3-axis electronic stabilization for video, and an 8MP front camera.
The fancier ZenFone 3 Deluxe is powered by a Snapdragon 820 and features 6GB of RAM plus 64GB of UFS 2.0 internal storage, and a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display.
Finally, the big daddy, Zenfone 3 Ultra is a 6.8-inch phablet with a 1080p LCD, a PixelWorks iris2 TV grade processor, a larger 4,600 mAh battery, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 652.
